We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team and work remotely as a Tender Officer.
Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from clients and procurement portals.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of technical and commercial bids.
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain required documentation and pricing information.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and company standards.
- Maintain a tender database and track bid outcomes.
- Review contracts and tender documents, identifying commercial and operational risks.
- Develop strategies to improve bid success rates.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in tendering and bid management, preferably in the oil and gas, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract documentation.
- Excellent proposal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
