Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end financial operations including invoice processing, payments, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements across accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives for operational projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
• 0-2 years’ experience is acceptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic data analysis and reporting functions).
• Completion of NYSC
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership, able to anticipate tasks, identify issues early, and take initiative in delivering solutions without constant supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
