Job Summary:
To plan ond schedule maintenonce octivties, ensuring optimal infrostructure
ovailabilty in residential and commercial areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for residential/commercial facilities.
- Plan and oversee maintenance work and outsourced services.
- Optimize inventory, balance workload, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Visit job sites, clarify work orders, and communicate with requesters
- Maintain business information and work order data.
- Prioritize requests, set completion dates, and address customer complaints.
- Enhance preventive maintenance strategies and develop policies.
- Coordinate risk management and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and ensure performance meets I$O QMS and KPI standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Basic maintenance knowledge
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes.
- Project Management, Facilty Management, Design ond Analytical and Strategic & Business skills.
- 5-8 yeors relevant experience.
- B.Eng, Bsc. in Arcthitecture, Engineening, or any other Environmental Facuty course.
- All Microsoft Programs; particularly NAV and Project.
- Proficiency in CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems) is an advantage.
