Job Summary
This is a structured development programme designed to groom future leaders and drive impact across the company’s businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper or CGPA of 3.5/5.0.
- A Master’s degree or a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
- Both first and second degrees obtained from recognized top-tier universities (locally or internationally).
- At least 3 years of full-time post-NYSC professional work experience.
- Preferably be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
- A minimum score of 50% in the company’s aptitude test (Numerical, Logical, Verbal Reasoning, and Situational Judgement).
- Demonstrated leadership potential, commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
