Board due promotion for the period of July 2013 to July 2022 as approved is to commence on:
- Date: Tuesday, 2nd – Friday, 5″ April, 2024.
- Venue: Conference Room, Rivers State Hospitals ManagementBoard.
- Time: 9.00am daily.
LIST OF ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS FOR PROMOTION INTERVIEW
Staffs are advised to come along with the following Certificates.
- Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age.
- Local Government Area ldentification.
- Letter of First Appointment.
- Letter of Confirmation or Formalization of Appointment.
- Conversion/upgrading Letter (where Applicable).
- Last Promotion Letter.
- Letter of Transfer of Service (If Applicable).
- Letter of Retirement (f Applicable).
- First School Leaving Certificate.
- Educational Qualifications.
- Stablishment Training/Course (Where Applicable.
- Certificate of Registration (For Professional Bodies – Medicine, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory Science, Health Records, Accounting
- etc).
- Current Practicing License (For all professionals).
- Civil Service (Staff) ldentification.
- A duly completed copy of the Personal Detail Form.
