1. Electrical & Utility Engineer at Aradel Holdings.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for directing the operation and maintenance of the electrical utilities plant – electrical power generation and distribution to load points (end devices). The role is also responsible for directing the operations and maintenance of electric motors and related devices/infrastructures in the facility.

Requirements:

• BSc/B.Eng. Engineering
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage (MNSE, COREN)

2. Process Safety Engineer

Job Summary:

The Process Safety Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting process safety initiatives at Aradel Holdings Plc. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company policies related to process safety management. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement in risk management, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies to enhance the safety and reliability of operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Certification in Process Safety (e.g., NEBOSH PSM, CCPS Certified Process Safety Professional, IChemE Process Safety Practitioner) is an added advantage.

3. Controls and Automation Engineer.

Job Summary:

• Conduct company business with the understanding that the customer (internal & external) is right and that activities must conform to the agreement reached with the customer.
• Understands the Corporate vision of the company and knows how personal contributions help to achieve it.
• Identifies Corporate business opportunities and promptly takes advantage of them to the benefit of the company.
• Carries out company business with sense of responsibility.
• Delivers quartile results consistently.
• Take advantage of learning opportunities to provide coaching consciously.

Requirements:

• BSc/B.Eng. Engineering
• Relevant experience in a similar role, and with more than twelve years’ practical and working experience in Oil & Gas facilities.
• Professional Qualifications like MNSE, COREN will be an added advantage.
