1.) Receptionist

Job Summary

To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The Receptionist manages front desk operations, including handling inquiries, directing visitors, and managing phone calls to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Degree in Social Sciences
  • Experience as a receptionist
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skill
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

2.) Head, Account

Job Summary

The Head of Accounts is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function within the organization. This includes managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, and maintaining strong internal controls. The role is crucial for providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • An ideal candidate must possess a strong first degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, or any of the Social Sciences.
  • Must be a qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, FCA, or FCCA.
  • A Masters degree or an MBA will be an advantage.
  • Requisite experience in a similar industry and capacity, especially in Treasury Management, is an added advantage.
  • Candidates are expected to have strong Financial Analytical and Presentation skills and the ability to work without supervision and make sound decisions.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting and financial software.
  • The right candidate must have not less than 10 years of cognate experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • A Team Player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative, ability to challenge current work applications and proffer solutions.
  • Of cheerful personal disposition and ability to maintain good working relationships with staff, customers, and the banks.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of ERP.

3.) Security Supervisor

Job Summary

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within the company premises and or assets. The role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of the premises, monitoring security systems, and implementing security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or private security
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies
  • Understanding of security management responsibilities, including statutory obligations, requirements, and dynamics.
  • People management skills
  • Proficient in using security systems and technology.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
