We are recruiting qualified candidate to join our team as a Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems (IP & analog).
• Manage IT infrastructure supporting security operations — including servers, switches, routers, and storage systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CCTV and IT-related issues with minimal downtime.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and longevity.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve performance and security.
• Configure and manage secure network connections within the security environment.
• Enforce cybersecurity and access control measures to safeguard systems.
• Integrate CCTV platforms with other security technologies.
• Monitor performance and plan for capacity expansion or upgrades.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with CCTV (IP & analog) installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, servers, and storage technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server / Linux environments and network switches.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent (CCTV-related certifications are an added advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
