The Former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike and The Current Minister, Federal Capital Territory FCT will in coming days announce his defection to the ruling all Progressives Congress APC in Rivers State.
This is coming barely few days Mr. Wike joined by his ally’s in a Courtesy visit to the former Governor of Kano State and the National Chairman, All Progressive Congress, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje at his Abuja Residence to Congratulate him.
According to a close Source who confirmed the development said the former Governor has Directed his Followers at the Various wards in Rivers State for a total Mobilization.
“Wike will be joining APC in Rivers State and will be in charge of the party’s Affairs as the Former Governor of Rivers State and a Current Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”
“In less than no distance time the Leadership of APC in Nigeria will be dissolved and Caretaker Committees will be appointed to manage the affairs of the party across the country. He said.
Recall that Wike was recently appointed as a Member of Campaign Council by the leadership of People’s Democratic Party PDP to ensure the return of Douye Diri for a second tenure on the 11th of November, 2023 in Bayelsa State.
