About the Program.
Montego’s Graduate Trainee Program is currently open for interested and exceptional graduates who wish to develop and enhance their skills and careers in the Energy Sector.
It is a 1-year program designed to attract, retain, and accelerate the development of young, talented, and ambitious graduates through a combination of on-the-job training and structured learning and development opportunities.
The program focuses on the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Information Technology.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Nigerians.
- Applicants must be less than 26 years old with not more than 2 years work experience.
- Applicants must be graduates with a minimum of a Second-class Upper division degree or the equivalent in any of these fields:
Engineering Discipline – Mechanical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Electrical Engineering or related fields
Finance Discipline – Accounting/ Economics/ Finance (Applicants must be on the ICAN or ACCA route and have reached the Professional Level Stage of Examinations)
Supply Chain Management Discipline – Any Engineering field, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting
Information Technology Discipline – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics
A minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English Language) in the SSCE or the equivalent
NYSC completion or exception certificate (where applicable)
