Job Summary
The FirstBank Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme is an annual recruitment initiative designed to attract young, talented, and ambitious graduates across FirstBank’s African operations. The programme provides structured training, career development, and exposure to banking operations, helping participants build a long-term career in the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit.
- Have a minimum of 5 credits in SSCE/WAEC/NECO, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Be 27 years old or younger.
- Have completed the NYSC programme (for Nigerian applicants).
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
