We are inviting suitably qualified candidates to join our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.
Job Summary
The 12-month Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop young engineering professionals in the following departments:
- Off-grid power generation
- Power distribution systems
- Operations & maintenance
- Technical project execution
- Energy infrastructure development
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Have a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC programme
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of CAD software/tools is an added advantage
