Olam Agri is a subsidiary of Olam Group, a global agri-business with over 35 years of experience managing agricultural supply chains across food, feed, and fibre.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to join the 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.

The Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Scheme is a 12-month training program designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical workplace skills, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business through cross-functional projects, shadow assignments, and field sales.

We are seeking young, agile, and intelligent individuals to join our team in Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, and I&L roles. Your roles in these departments will be crucial to our future success, and we believe in your potential to make a significant impact across tasks and live projects. Successful completion may lead to confirmation, offering a promising start to a successful career.

General Requirements:

• Must be a recent graduate with a BSc in any of the disciplines listed above
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2.1).
• 0-2 years Experience
• Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate

1. Graduate Trainee – Inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Will be expected to build competencies in inventory management, storage and organization, distribution and coordination, continuous improvement
• Relevant certifications in inventory management or supply chain management are a plus
• Basic technical and industry regulatory knowledge
• Minimum second-class upper grade

2. Graduate Trainee – Technical (Production)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or related field from a recognized institution
• Will be expected to build competencies in production management, operational efficiency, quality control, health and safety, documentation and reporting
• Minimum second-class upper grade

3. Graduate Trainee – IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution
• Minimum second-class upper grade

4. Graduate Trainee – Legal

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution
• Minimum second-class upper grade
• Excellent contract law and governance background

5. Graduate Trainee – Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
• Minimum second-class upper grade

6. Graduate Trainee – Human Resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations & personnel management or business administration from a recognized institution
• Will be expected to build competencies in industrial relations, compensation and benefits, labour statistics
• Minimum second-class upper grade

7. Graduate Trainee – Supply Chain

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or similar fields from a recognized institution
• Minimum second-class upper grade
