Job Summary
The STIS Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop talented, dynamic, and highly motivated graduates into future leaders. The programme offers a structured learning experience, hands-on training, and exposure to real projects within the Oil & Gas / Engineering Services industry.
Requirements
- A minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division) in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
- Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Rivers State
- Must be between 26 and 28 years by 30 June 2026
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of integrity and professional discipline
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Highly innovative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good team player
