We are recruiting recent graduate to join our Graduate Trainee Program.

About the Graduate Trainee Program

This is a time-limited program where recent graduates gain hands-on experience across core business functions before being placed in a permanent role. They have to work alongside experienced professionals, learning real processes and systems.

Requirements

• A Degree relevant to the departments on offer — engineering, food science, chemistry, logistics, business
• 0–2 years post-NYSC
• Willingness to learn quickly across unfamiliar functions
• Adaptability — each rotation brings a new environment and new challenges
• Strong communication, since trainees interface with multiple teams
• Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
• Not Older than 27
