We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as an HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of workplace HSE regulations and standards.
• Good knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Ability to prepare and deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
• Competence in reporting, documentation, and HSE record keeping.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage workers and contractors
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering. Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate.
• OSHA/IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
• ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor training (advantage).
• First Aid and Firefighting certifications are desirable.
• 3-5 years’ relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Marine, field/site experience.
• Experience in applying safety management systems, risk assessment, and PTW processes.
• Prior involvement in site HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
