1) HR Generalist
Job Summary
We urgently require a HR Generalist who will manage day-to-day HR operations, including Payroll Administration, Compliance, Employee engagement, and providing adequate support in Performance management. This role requires efficient handling of the various HR functions while ensuring compliance with Labour laws and Company policies, in driving initiates to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Compensation and Benefits [Payroll Administration, Leave Mgt etc.
- Compliance and Policy Management
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Performance Management
Requirement
- 4-6 years cognate experience in all these areas is a requirement.
- BSc/HND in Human Resources Management or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- HR Certifications would be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax, statutory deductions, and HRIS/payroll tools
2) Brand and Communication Lead
Job Summary
Develop and execute brand and communication strategies to strengthen the company’s visibility, reputation, and value. The role covers branding, public relations, corporate communication, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and communication strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
- Oversee digital marketing and content creation for web, social, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Requirement
- 5 years in branding, marketing, or corporate communications, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, crisis communication, and reputation management.
- Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking skills with creativity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
