Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and their families about medications, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Use therapeutic communication techniques to establish rapport and trust with patients, facilitating open and honest discussions about their feelings and experiences
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance during acute episodes.
  • Promote self-care and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
