Chi Farms Ltd. is an integrated poultry farm with breeding operations and processing of commercial broilers. The company hatches and distributes commercial pullets and broilers. Chi Farms also supplies a wide range of poultry vaccines to the Nigerian poultry sector supported by its own laboratories and veterinary services.

Job Summary:

The idea candidate will be responsible for the Repair of generators with proper analysis to prevent future breakdown

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule preventive maintenance planning/execution of all generators.
  • Planning and bringing all generators to basic equipment condition as per OEM.
  • Repair of generators with proper analysis to prevent future breakdown
  • Internal repair job planning, assigning and follow up.
  • Planning and monitoring of spare parts inventory.
  • Track and report fuel/gas consumption.
  • Assist in improving and optimizing all phases of maintenance schedule.
  • Assist in supervising all equipment installation and maintenance processes.
  • Ensure all utilities in all farms are in good condition.
  • Collaborate with other team in all the farms to resolve equipment issues
  • and plan work effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • HND or Bsc in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-7 years in power and utility engineering, design and project management
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations and safety practices.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical stills.
  • Attention to details
