Dover Engineering Limited is hiring qualified candidates to fill the following Vacant Positions Below
1. Scaffold Specialist
Responsibilies:
- Develop detailed rigging and lifing plans for all TAR (Turnaround) maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections during TAR operations to verify ongoing safety and stability.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and maintenance teams to ensure scaffold plans align with the TAR schedule
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all rigging/lifting tasks.
- Ensure all scaffolding work follows safety protocols Plan for the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds across various site conditions
- Confirm all erection and dismantling activities follow approved procedures.
- Check scaffold materials for damage or degradation before use.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction
- Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Scaffold Supervisor Certification, NEBOSH Certification, Or other recognized industry-standard scaffolding qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in Scaffolding planning and verification
2. Asset Monitoring Center Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the Asset Monitoring Center (AMC) facility onsite.
- Use tools such as PI ProcessBook, Digital Twin, RTPO, Seeq, MDPro, and trends to validate alerts.
- Decide on appropriate next steps: generate job requests, MTO entries, or escalate to Asset Engineers.
- Provide initial vetting of alerts from systems like Prism, MRC, and other monitoring platforms.
- Capable of analyzing alert logic and suggesting adjustments or improvements
- Maintain alert tracking sheets, prepare periodic reports, and manage EBS alerts efficiently.
- Lead 360 feedback sessions with engineers and specialists.
Requirements:
- BSc or its Equivalent degree in Engineering or Sciences (e.g., Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Control Engineering).
- MSc in a related field is an added advantage.
- 3 years post-graduation experience
3. Rigging / Lifting Specialist / Verifier
Responsibilities:
- Strong background in turnaround maintenance, shutdowns, or large-scale industrial operations.
- Develop detailed rigging and lifting plans for all TAR (Turnaround) maintenance activities.
- Ensure plans align with safety regulations, equipment requirements, and site-specific challenges (e.g., load weight, crane capacity, weather conditions).
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all rigging/lifting tasks.
- Create and implement safe work procedures, including emergency response plans.
- Work with the Turnaround Event Manager, maintenance planners, engineers, HSE, and operations teams.
- Create and implement safe work procedures, including emergency response plans.
- Identify potential Lifting/Rigging hazards and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Certification in lifting and rigging is highly desirable.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in rigging and lifting operations
