Report says at least 4 occupants of a Toyota Corolla car have been hijacked along Evekwu -Rumuodogo in Emohua local government axis of the East-West road last night.
Area talk Report learnt that the suspected gunmen diverted the passengers to a nearby forest in the area shortly after they succeeded in ambushing the vehicles.
One of the Commercial drivers who ply the route from Choba to Elele Alimini confirmed the incident, said occupants of a Toyota Corolla were kidnapped at a gunpoint within Evekwu-Rumuodogo axis of East West road at the hours of 7pm last Night.

Although he did not confirmed the actual number of the kidnapped victims.
It was learnt that the victims were moving towards Port Harcourt when the gunmen ambushed them around 7pm to last night and matched them into the nearby forest.
Though while the Rivers State Police Command is yet to confirm the incident as at time of filing this report, it was gathered that personnel attached to Rumuji division has visited the scene.
