About the Dangote Management Trainee Programme.

The Dangote Management Trainee Programme is an intensive 18-month development journey designed to groom high-potential professionals for future leadership positions.

Participants will gain valuable experience through cross-functional exposure, classroom learning, executive mentorship, and hands-on projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) (for technical roles)
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • 5–10 years of relevant work experience
  • Age: 28 to 35 years old
  • Proven analytical and quantitative abilities, with comfort in data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong resilience and adaptability to excel in demanding industrial environments

Programme Expectations

  • Participate in a one-month classroom immersion on business strategy, economic analysis, leadership, and cement industry fundamentals
  • Engage in structured rotational assignments across Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions
  • Gain hands-on experience through site visits and field assignments at major plants and depots
  • Contribute to high-impact strategic projects aligned with business priorities
  • Join leadership development labs focused on personal mastery, team leadership, and enterprise leadership
