Men of the Nigerian Police Force on the orders of the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike as alleged have arrested The team of lawyers hired by the APC Governorship Candidate, Tonye Cole in Port Harcourt ahead of appearance at the Election Tribunal on Monday.
The Lawyers are:
- Jerry Aondo, Esq (Abuja)
- Dr. Sobere Nelson
- Odum Eyiba, Esq
Seized items include laptops and exhibits required for their petition defence, such as agent’s copy of form EC8 m, CTC of INEC documents.
They were arrested at the early hours of today at Bervin Hotels Opposite Madela Car Wash, Port Harcourt.
