A day old child has been found alive in a waste receptacle at the Dioub Axis of Mile 3 in port Harcourt at the early hours Friday, 28 4416910224000521" crossorigin="anonymous"> th April 2023
According to a post by a Facebook user who doubles as a human right activist, Comrade Prince wiro who said the baby has been rescued and currently receiving Treatment.
The post reads partly;
̶ 0;Comrade Godstime Ihunwo, CSO of Mile 3 Diobu, PortHarcourt called me early this morning by 3am that he discovered a child dumped at waste receptacle at about 3am this morning.
“I immediately left my house to their office.We moved together to the Nkpolu Police station at Mile 3 Diobu to make formal compliant while a nurse was sought and found that early morning to give the baby who was still with placenta first aid.
To the Glory of God the child who was almost dieing is responding to treatment. He said.
