We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as a Business Development Executive
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion by analyzing market trends, generating leads through networking and outreach, nurturing client, partner relationships and developing tailored solutions. The role will involve strategic planning, market research, sales presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ significant experience in a similar job role (sales or business development) ideally with experience within or related industries.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential and commercial stakeholders.
- Ability to understand NCDMB/local content requirements and tendering processes.
- Adeptness in building portfolio strategies and techniques to improve business capacity to deliver profitable, strategic solutions and long-term business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is an added advantage.
