Responsibilities:

  • Collection of relevant data from various service units
  • Reconciliation of clients account (HMO) with medical records and finance department
  • Engage in organizational contract development and management activities while enforcing organisational principles of integrity and compliance
  • Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organisational database s and securely maintained
  • Develop standards for contracts and tariff, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions
  • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management inputs on timelines and deliverables
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the healthcare organisation’s financial performance.
  • Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.

Requirements

  • Bsc/HND in Business Administration or any related field
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Minimum of 4years with HMO operational experience
