Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for maintenance and repairs of Refrigeration and Air conditioning units in the Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Load shedding exercise is done, and record energy saved
- Carry out routine or preventive maintenance as at when due and keep record of jobs done.
- Ensure problems are resolved with minimal down-time and completed during a shift period to avoid handing oner outstanding job to next shift.
- Ensure that spare parts are properly fitted, and jobs are correctly at first attempt.
- Carry out inspection regularly and ensure subordinates work with minimum supervision.
- Carry out on-the- job coaching of subordinates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1 – 3years experience
- Analytical thinking
- Knowledge in repair and maintenance of Refrigerators and Air condition units
