We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1) Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager at Andster Engineering is responsible for leading and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through to completion. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Project Manager provides strategic direction, coordinates cross-functional teams, and serves as a key liaison among clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field); a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of proven experience managing engineering projects, preferably in oil & gas, construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
• Solid technical background with experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant engineering tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

2) Procurement Officer

Job Summary

As a Procurement Officer at Andster Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services to support operations. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and monitoring supplier performance. Your attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers will be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a procurement officer, purchasing agent, or similar role
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and relevant regulations

3) Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Job Summary

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with Andster Engineering, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, automation engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electrical engineering practices (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE)
• Experience with industrial automation systems such as PLCs, DCS, and HMI/SCADA systems
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, and instrumentation software (e.g., PLC programming software, SCADA systems)
• Ability to design, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components
• Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required or preferred for certain roles, particularly those involving public safety or government contracts.

4) Automation Engineer

Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer at Andster Engineering, you’ll design, implement, and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency. This role requires strong skills in PLC programming, configuration, and HMI/SCADA graphics development.

Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PLC programming and configuration, with expertise in Siemens PLC S7 Simatic Manager, AB PLC, etc.
• Strong understanding of automation systems and control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with other PLC platforms and automation software.

5) HSSEQ Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in HSE, Security, Quality, or Environmental Management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISPON) will be an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in HSSEQ, safety, or related operational roles.
• Basic understanding of HSSEQ management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reporting tools.

6) Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering projects by overseeing planning, design, and execution activities, ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to the successful completion of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in civil engineering, construction, or project execution
• Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and delivery of civil works
• Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

7) OEM Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an OEM Sales Executive who will play a key role in expanding our market presence and maximizing sales opportunities by promoting OEM products and solutions, identifying new business prospects, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in a B2B or OEM environment)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of OEM products, solutions, and technical sales processes (added advantage)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

8) Business Development Executives

Job Summary
