Maintenance Planning Supervisor at Notore Plc

The Notore plant is strategically located at Onne Sea port in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, making our products well positioned for effective shipment and distribution across the Atlantic coast.

Job Summary:

To plan ond schedule maintenonce octivties, ensuring optimal infrostructure
ovailabilty in residential and commercial areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for residential/commercial facilities.
• Plan and oversee maintenance work and outsourced services.
• Optimize inventory, balance workload, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Visit job sites, clarify work orders, and communicate with requesters
• Maintain business information and work order data.
• Prioritize requests, set completion dates, and address customer complaints.
• Enhance preventive maintenance strategies and develop policies.
• Coordinate risk management and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure performance meets I$O QMS and KPI standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes.
• Project Management, Facilty Management, Design ond Analytical and Strategic & Business skills.
• 5-8 yeors relevant experience.
• B.Eng, Bsc. in Arcthitecture, Engineening, or any other Environmental Facuty course.
• All Microsoft Programs; particularly NAV and Project.
• Proficiency in CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems) is an advantage.
