Marketing and Brand Communication Lead at Westfield Energy Resources Limited

Westfield Energy Resources Limited is a Nigerian integrated energy services & solutions provider in the upstream oil & gas sector, offering engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and project management services.

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Marketing and Brand Communication Lead.

Job Summary

This strategic role involves leading the company’s marketing, branding, corporate communications, and digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing annual marketing and brand strategies.
• Managing corporate communications (internal and external).
• Overseeing digital channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.).
• Coordinating marketing assets such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Supporting sales/business development with branded content.
• Leading and supervising the communications team.

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 6–9 years experience with at least 3 years in supervisory/lead roles.
• Oil & gas industry experience is an advantage.
• Skills in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and relevant tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
