Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer at Beamco Nigeria Limited

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the available position as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer.

Job Summary

The Ideal candidate will Implement and maintain an internal quality system designed to ensure continuous efficiency in business activities and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quality documentation procedures, Quality plan, and ITP.
• Good understanding of QAQC Process-NCR, CAPAR, Calibration, testing/inspection.
• Ability to interpret GAD and sectional drawings and codes of rotating equipment.
• Technical ability to use dimensional instruments- micrometer and vernier calliper.

Requirements:

• Education Background;- BENG/HND In Engineering
• Certification Required;- QAQC Certification- ISO 9001 Internal/ Lead Auditor, ASNT Level 2, NACE, CSWIP ( Any of the three would be required)
• Years Of Experience; – 5 years minimum
• IT Knowledge;- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of the Quality Control Process
• Experience in engineering service includes but is not limited to rotating equipment repairs and assembly, valve, welding and fabrication, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret Engineering and Mechanical drawings, code, and standards.
