Job Summary:

The Manager, Strategy is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of short to long-term organizational strategy
  • Develop and review operational and strategic plans, as well as monitor implementation based on agreed timelines
  • Identify and develop new business partnerships with customers in order to build long-lasting and rewarding relationship
  • Develop existing and new commercial opportunities for the Group
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects that aim to unlock future growth potential in the business
  • Monitor market and industry insights to identify new growth areas and their impact on the current strategy
  • Manage the strategic modelling and analysis to inform and develop strategic plans as well as making strategic recommendations based on the outputs

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certificate preferred.
  • 7-8 years of relevant work experience
