We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.
Job Summary
This six-month Graduate Internship programme will bring competent, young, prospective knowledge services professionals from diverse backgrounds into our organisation. We target intelligent youth who are self-driven, independent-thinking,
and ready to take initiative. The successful applicant(s) will work in our Africa Regional hub office in Lagos, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Data gathering and entry.
- Assist with client and stakeholder liaison.
- Assist with bookkeeping.
- Write and send reports.
- Perform research upon a supervisor’s request.
- Draft correspondence and emails.
- Support marketing strategies.
- Attend events such as conferences and seminars for operational or marketing purposes.
Requirements
- First degree (Bachelors or HND) in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Above-average proficiency levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptive person, comfortable working in a global context
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in consulting.
