As part of our continued investment in building a strong technical talent pipeline, Seplat Energy is seeking high caliber engineering and technical graduates to join its 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme.

About the Technical Trainee Programme

The Technical Graduate Trainee Programme is a high impact, structured development programme designed specifically to attract, develop, and retain early-career professionals with strong technical aptitude and growth potential.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper, 2:1 Division) from a recognized university in a relevant pure science or engineering discipline
• Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting
• Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge certificate or an exemption letter
