Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and update documents as necessary.
  • Ensure that documents are in the correct format and comply with organizational standards.
  • Maintain a central repository or database for storing documents.
  • Facilitate the review and approval process for new or updated documents.
  • Manage document versions to ensure that the most current version is available.
  • Implement version control procedures to track changes and revisions.
  • Distribute documents to relevant individuals or departments.
  • Track document distribution to ensure that all relevant parties receive the necessary information.
  • Implement and enforce access control measures to restrict document access to authorized personnel and ensure that sensitive or confidential documents are appropriately protected.
  • Establish and enforce document retention policies.
  • Archive obsolete or outdated documents in accordance with retention guidelines.
  • Utilize document management systems or software tools to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Certified Document Management Professional (CDMP)
  • Personnel must be proficient in the use of SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Minimum of 5 years
