1.) Job Title: Admin and Procurement Officer
Job Summary:
The Admin & Procurement Officer will be responsible for implementing effectively all administrative and procurement functions including travel desk management as well as providing timely renewal of all regulatory fleet documents
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight to the company’s support staff (Drivers, Cleaners, Security, etc.)
- Manage the assignment and movement of company pool vehicles and ensure the drivers fill their logbooks.
- Ensure timely renewal of all regulatory fleet documents (Roadworthiness, Vehicle License, Insurance, etc.)
- Preparation of accurate purchase orders for payments to vendors and service agents.
- Assist in the preparation of action plans, procurement plans, purchase orders and others for the company.
- Maintain an inventory/register of all company’s asset.
- Liaise with vendors to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality/standard
- Proper management of the office facility in collaboration with the Maintenance team.
- Liaise with travel agencies to coordinate all travel arrangements for employees.
- Source vendors for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services as required.
- Maintain ethical relationships with the company’s vendors and monitor their performance periodically.
- Supervise routine maintenance and safekeeping of office equipment, furniture, fleet, supplies, etc.
- Monitor the delivery and completion of contracted works, goods and services.
- Other assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in any social science discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled product marketer who can define
and refine brand identity, driving business growth and engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in both B2B and B2C marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and business development strategy, processes, structure, and best practices company-wide.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, such as entering new markets, developing growth areas, following trends, acquiring new customers, forming partnerships, and offering new services.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Drive negotiations, pricing, and execution of channel partnerships, proactive bids, and proposals using business value analysis.
- Demonstrates market expertise and a deep understanding of target customers’ demographics to steer customer decisions toward the company’s solutions and products.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Asharami Innovations’ services, shaping messaging and positioning across owned, earned, and paid media.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.

- Conducts post-sales engagement by visiting customers to discuss service enhancement.

Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and develop rapport with clients and partner.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation. Highly motivated and target driven.
- Personal integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office, Content Writing, and CRM software
- Experience with service pricing and negotiations.
- With experience in creating and executing successful digital and offline marketing campaigns, I leverage both qualitative and quantitative data and feedback.
