Members of a local Vigilante group known as Ospac in Omuanwa, Ikwerre Local Government of Rivers State has shot dead an Airforce Officer.
It was gathered that trouble started when Members of Ospac in the community attempted to force youths in the area into Oath taking.

According to an eye witness who confirmed the incident says The Airforce Officer who came for Christmas holiday was killed when he approached members of the Ospac to release his brother they detained for days without food.
Recall that the Rivers State police command had recently declared the commander of same group in Elele wanted for allegedly killing a 17 year old boy in the area.
As at time of filling this report, Omuanwa Youths has taken over Ospac office in the area chanting war songs.
