Residents of Ekwe Street, Mile 3 diobu, Port Harcourt, Rivers state were in shock this morning seeing a Chicken whose mouth was padlocked on the street.
The chicken was seen near Femo Guest house In the area as crowd gathered to watch.
According to one of the resident who confirmed to us said they came out this morning only to see a padlocked chicken in their street saying they don’t know if it was used for ritual purpose or the owner did it.
