Job Responsibilities
- The SAP Automation and Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the SAP implementation program across BUA Foods following guidelines from the Group Office and supporting local implementation while coordinating with the BUA Foods business.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP Finance implementations, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP, and PM
- Ability to work independently and within large teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of accounting business processes

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, statistics, business administration, or any related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in SAP Finance.
- +7 years’ cognate experience in SAP Finance implementation with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in complex environments.
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex and multi-departmental transformation programs.
- Experience in implementing SAP Finance solutions in at least one Manufacturing Company, especially in the FMCG.
