SPDC Nigeria Observes a minute silence over 4 Staffs Killed In Oloma Gas Explosion

In memory, The Management of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) today, 24th November, 2021 Pays a minute silent to its Staffs that lost their lives in a gas explosion at Oloma flow station on 22nd of November, 2015. Oloma Community in Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers during A safety drill, a practised done to prepare people for an emergency,

The sad incident which caused commotion and panic at the flow station as the remains of three (3) staff of the SPDC workers were recovered from the ugly incident which occurred as a result of leakage of the gas pipeline with high pressure leading to the lost of lives of the Shell workers when they ignorantly inhaled poisonous gas.

According to Investigations, it was gathered that the accident occurred during the shut down maintenance.

As the corpses discovered there was wailing and gnashing of teeth in the area..
