1.) ARMO Electronic Mechanical Technician
Description:
As an ARMO Mechanic you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.
Responsibilities:
As an ARMO Electronic Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for; Providing technical guidance for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure quality; Scheduling maintenance of equipment, maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs; Reviewing and implementing maintenance processes improvements to enhance quality, reliability, turnaround times and minimize costs; Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership to technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager; Etc.
Requirements;
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a technical High School diploma in electrotechnical, automation, mechanics – or related, with a solid expertise in maintenance related duties in electrical assemblies function.
- Have the capability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, diagrams and sectional drawings, etc.
- Be able to speak fluently Portuguese and Advanced English with good oral and written communication skills.

2.) Sales Manager –Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) – Gas Service
Description
As the Sales Manager, you’ll provide leadership to your team and the broader Sales & Commercial organization. You’ll use your knowledge to develop market strategies in a diverse client environment. You’ll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.
Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager you will be; Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used, Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally, Selling Bently Nevada services to existing and new customers within the market segments in the area
Shaping commercial intensity within the defined territory to generate a quality pipeline and to grow the business. Leading a department with large estimated orders, Working with (technical) sales support to realize sales to improve efficiency within the account.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7years of sales experience in rotating equipment & gas turbines.
- Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (please indicate clearly on resume)
- Have experience in developing sales strategy and proactively growing business.
- Demonstrate expertise in collaborating, influencing, and motivating teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects.
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
