We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as a Supply Chain & Facilities Operation Coordinator
Job Summary
The Supply Chain & Facilities Operations Coordinator ensures efficient procurement, supply chain oversight and facility operations to support the organization’s onshore and offshore activities. This role develops sourcing strategies, manages vendor and client relationships, monitors inventory and oversees maintenance of offices, warehouses and site facilities. It collaborates with the logistics department on material movements but retains oversight of procurement activities such as customs documentation, order fulfilment, and supplier management. The position drives continuous improvement, ensures compliance with regulations and company policies, and supports organizational sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, nutrition and dietetics, facility management, engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is advantageous.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Nigerian Hotel & Catering Institute (NHCI), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or comparable credentials. Completion of supervised professional practice (e.g., dietetics internship) and ISO 41001 training are beneficial.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain management or facilities management, preferably within industrial or oil and gas environments.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation, supplier management, customs regulations and import/export documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP and e procurement systems, inventory management software and standard office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding and developing a team.
- Commitment to safety, ethical conduct and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel to various operational sites and facilities as required.
