Tribunal Declares PDP’s Banigo Winner of Rivers West Senatorial Seat In Rivers State

The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, has declared the Former Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Dr Ipalibo Banigo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the 2023 Rivers West Senatorial District election

Hon. Asita of the All Progressive Congress had filed his petition, praying for the tribunal to declare him winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
