Job Summary
- Supports the development, improvements and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Implements employees’ trainings.
- Responsible for ensuring product quality for the product line.
- Identifying problems and providing solutions.
- Interfaces and coordinates with Product Engineering, Project/Product Management, and Customer for resolution of quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- 8-10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance field with experience in supplier or procurement quality or engineering field.
- Black Belt, and/or six sigma certification preferred.
- ASQ Certification in Quality Engineering is preferred.
- Strong statistical data analysis and sampling plans skills.
- Material Review Board (MRB) experience.
- Root Cause and Corrective Action and FMEA experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of inspection tools, measurement and calibration system.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (International Standard Organization) / API Q1 (American Petroleum Institute equivalent)
- Interpretation of Customer requirement.
