The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is the Federal Government agency with the mandate of developing indigenous human capacity and petroleum technology to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry.
The Fund hereby invites applications from qualified Nigerians to apply for the 2024 Undergraduate, Masters and PhD scholarships for students in Nigerian Federal Universities.
Eligibility (Undergraduate).
- Applicants must be presently in 200 level in any Federal University in Nigeria.
- The course of study should be related to the Oil & Gas industry.
- Must Possess 5 credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO including
- English Language and Mathematics.
Eligibility (MSc or PhD):
- Admission from selected university.
- NYSC or Exemption certificate.
- The course must be related to Management or Oil and Gas industry.
- Must Possess at least 5 credits in WAEC.
Compulsory Requirements
- NIN Verification via PTDF Portal
- WAEC/NECO Results
- Personal Statement (MSC)
- Proposal not more than 6 pages (PhD)
- NYSC
- Certificate of Indigeneship (evidence of state of origin and local government)
