Job Summary: A Concierge serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity.
3.) Night Supervisor
Job Summary: A Night Supervisor supervises night-hour assistance of Guests and Guest services to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
4.) Security Officer
Job Summary: A Security Officer patrols, monitors, and observes security procedures to ensure a safe Guest and Member experience while investigating theft and managing instances of undesirable behaviour.
